Dylan Park
Dylan ParkPresident & Founder
Dylan moved to Costa Rica when he was one month old. His first water experience was in the rivers near Dominical and the mountain streams on the family farm.
Later, growing up in Hawaii, Dylan gained an unparalleled knowledge of the ocean from his love of surfing and his passion for free diving/ spear fishing. After graduating from college with a business marketing degree, Dylan moved back to Costa Rica full time to manage his family’s 650 acre farm in the mountains over looking Dominical. Completely bi-lingual, with an extensive knowledge of the country’s culture and customs, he also is now owner of Sunset Surf Camp. He worked as a part-time lifeguard at Dominical Beach, is CPR certified, Costa Rica lifeguard certified, ISA certified, and has surfed extensively in Hawaii and from Mexico down the Pacific coast to Panama.

Dylan has been working for years with many environmental groups in order to save a tract of virgin rainforest and the town which exists there from being cut down by global development. Because of the ties he has made he is currently on the board of directors as ASANA which is one of the most highly recognized NGO’s in the area.

Dylan and his wife have two baby boys that they are so proud of they make sure everyone that comes to the camp will meet them!
