Reasons to come visit the southern zone of Costa Rica are countless, but the experiences that our Costa Rica Surf Camp provides during your vacation in Dominical are beyond your expectations. Sunset Surf Camp is specialized in surf lessons and packages that guaranties fun in and out of the water. One of the many wonderful attractions that you can enjoy while vacationing with our Costa Rica Surf Camp is a day tour to Manuel Antonio National Park.
The small and highly diverse place, Manuel Antonio National Park has the total package what visitors hope to see in the wild in Costa Rica. The popular park offers a coral reef, white sand beaches, and a rainforest full of wildlife. This National Park is tucked back in the town of Quepos, and is about twenty-five minutes driving from Dominical. There are several clean trails that guide you around the park and visitors often see white face monkey peeking nearby.
The Mirador Trail is the more adventurous hike that takes you deeper into the forest. Here is where, with good luck, you may encounter spider monkeys. Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the few places in the country where you can see this type of monkey and has a population of more than 350 spider monkeys. The muddy and steep trail leads to a breathing-taking viewpoint, you will be glad you made that hike; it is worth the effort to do it.
The beaches inside the park are gorgeous, some of the prettiest in the country. With a small coral reef offshore, crystal clear water, and white sand beach, this location makes excellent conditions for snorkeling. It is a great way to spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach and seeing white face monkeys running around. Although fun to see in person, it is not smart to approach or touch the monkeys because they can be aggressive. This park will make your visit to Costa Rica complete, either if you are by yourself, with friends, or with family, it will be an unforgettable day!
